How Is My Banner Made?

Whether you choose a Mesh Banner, Indoor Banner, or Self-Standing Banner, your choice of product will be manufactured at our workshop located in the Greater Toronto Area. Depending on the material selected, it can be printed on our large format printers, or our 5 meters wide machines for a small and seamless display. The fabric will then be set off to being welded or sown.

We carry a selection of printers for a high-resolution execution. The printers used are inkjet and print of any size desired. Prismaprint uses 3 of the world's leading large format digital printers such as Agfa, EFI, and HP. The printers use solvent-free inks that meet the Greenguard Gold requirements, guaranteeing a compatible emission threshold while being conscious of our health and the environment.

Your banner will be printed by our team of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in this field. Once printed, the banners are checked by our quality control department and then completed to finish in our workshop. Prismaprint is one of the pioneers of large format digital printing established in Europe, with its large format digital printing machine installed in 1992. With this accomplishment, we have opened our office in North America in 2000 as Prismaflex Canada.

Depending on your choice of material, the hems or pockets/sleeve are added by welding or sewing. The grommets are placed on pneumatic crimping presses. The shaping that is carried out will provide an aesthetic appeal to your banner, along with an optimal life expectancy.

Our products are trusted by our delivery services from the workshop to your home, or workplace within a few business days.
